Enphase Q Relay Three-Phase Grid Monitoring and Disconnection Device

The Enphase Q Relay is a multiphase grid monitoring and disconnection device designed for Enphase IQ Series microinverter installations. It physically isolates the microinverters from the grid when voltage or frequency abnormalities are detected or as required by grid regulations, and automatically reconnects when valid grid conditions resume.

The 4-pole relay isolates all phase and neutral lines (L1, L2, L3, and N) and works in conjunction with the Enphase Envoy-S gateway. It can be configured to monitor 1, 2, or 3 phases and features four red/green status LEDs for easy monitoring. The device supports up to 20 active Q Relay units per system.

Installation is straightforward with DIN rail mounting (35 mm standard). The relay operates at nominal input voltage of 230/240 Vrms at 50 Hz, with an output power rating of 6 kVA per phase and typical output rating of 230/240 Vrms, 25 A. It includes automatic voltage and frequency acquisition within 100 ms (5 line cycles at 50 Hz) and remote upgrade capability.
